The EU Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation is a European chemical management framework that governs the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemical substances within the European Union.
All manufacturers, importers, and users of chemical substances within the EU, as well as producers, importers, and suppliers of products, components, and articles containing chemical substances, are required to comply with REACH regulations.
The ultimate goal of REACH is to protect human health and the environment by ensuring the safe management and use of chemicals.
NOVAX’s UREA products have completed chemical substance registration with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and obtained the REACH Registration Certificate on July 19, 2023. This certification ensures that our products can be legally supplied to customers in the European market while meeting international chemical safety requirements.
