Taiwan's Leading AdBlue® Brand—NOVAX®
The Optimal Solution for Reducing NOx Emissions from Diesel Engines

AdBlue® is a registered trademark of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA – Verband der Automobilindustrie). Only products that have been approved by the VDA and comply with ISO 22241 quality standards are authorized to use the AdBlue® trademark.
In North America, AdBlue® is commonly known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), while its international ISO designation is AUS 32 (Aqueous Urea Solution 32.5%). In Taiwan, it is commonly referred to as AdBlue or Urea Solution.

AdBlue® (Urea Solution /Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)/ AUS 32) is a clear, high-purity solution composed of 32.5% high-purity urea and 67.5% deionized water.
It is used in modern Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems to reduce harmful emissions from diesel engines. Stored in a dedicated onboard tank, AdBlue® is injected into the exhaust stream, where it reacts with nitrogen oxides (NOx) and converts them into harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water vapor (H₂O).
This process enables diesel vehicles to comply with Euro IV, Euro V, and Euro VI emission standards while significantly reducing NOx emissions. If AdBlue® is depleted, engine performance may be limited, and the vehicle may not restart until the AdBlue® tank has been refilled.

AdBlue® (AUS 32)

AdBlue® (DEF / AUS 32) is a dedicated consumable used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems for Euro IV, Euro V, and Euro VI diesel vehicles. It is composed of 32.5% high-purity urea and 67.5% deionized water.
Injected into the exhaust stream, AdBlue® converts harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O), helping diesel vehicles meet stringent emission standards.
Under normal driving conditions, the AdBlue® tank typically requires refilling every 5,000–8,000 km, depending on the vehicle model and operating conditions.
If the AdBlue® level becomes too low or the tank runs empty, the vehicle may enter a reduced-power mode, and many vehicles are designed to prevent the engine from restarting until the AdBlue® tank has been refilled.

⚠️ Usage Precautions

  • Do Not Mix with Diesel Fuel:The AdBlue® tank is separate from the fuel tank.
Never pour AdBlue® into the diesel fuel tank, as it may cause severe engine damage.
  • Refill Location:Locate the filler cap marked "AdBlue®", typically identified by a blue cap.
  • Do Not Use Agricultural or Industrial Urea:Automotive Urea Solution requires extremely high purity.
Using industrial or agricultural-grade urea can cause crystallization, clog the SCR system, and damage expensive catalytic components.
  • Low-Level Warning:When the AdBlue® level becomes low, the vehicle's onboard diagnostic (OBD) system will display a warning.
Refill promptly to avoid engine restart restrictions.
