NOVAX Material & Technology Inc. continues to deepen its capabilities in environmental technology and circular materials. The company has recently appointed renowned green scientist Dr. Lin Te-Pei as Chief Technical Advisor, drawing on his scientific expertise and extensive research experience to further advance NOVAX’s capabilities in green chemistry, materials technology, and related research and development.
With environmental sustainability at the core of its business, NOVAX began with environmentally responsible automotive chemical solutions and has, in recent years, expanded its focus to resource circularity and material recovery technologies. Through continuous innovation, the company is exploring new ways to transform difficult-to-process waste into valuable resources and return recovered materials to industrial value chains.
Dr. Lin’s appointment will provide NOVAX with strategic scientific and technical guidance while fostering closer interaction between academic research and industrial practice. His expertise will support the company’s R&D team in areas including material properties, chemical applications, process development, and the feasibility assessment of emerging technologies, helping translate fundamental scientific principles into practical industrial applications.
Nicholas Yang, Chairman of NOVAX, stated, “Advancing the circular economy requires more than simply recycling materials. The real challenge lies in using science and technology to restore and create value from materials. By welcoming Dr. Lin as our Chief Technical Advisor, we hope to build an even stronger scientific foundation and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, enabling NOVAX to advance its research in new materials and environmental technologies with greater depth and confidence.”
Dr. Lin recently visited NOVAX for an in-depth technical exchange with the company’s R&D team. Drawing on his expertise in green chemistry and materials science, he shared scientific perspectives and worked with the team to examine chemical structures and reaction mechanisms. The discussions explored potential pathways for future material applications and introduced new scientific perspectives that will help guide NOVAX’s ongoing R&D initiatives.
As global industries accelerate their transition toward net-zero emissions and a circular economy, NOVAX will continue to connect industry, academia, and technical expertise to build a more comprehensive R&D and technology collaboration network.
Guided by its mission, “From Clean Air to Sustainable Land,” NOVAX will continue to extend its established expertise in environmental chemical solutions into resource circularity, low-carbon materials, and environmental technology applications. The company aims to transform sustainability from a concept into practical, scalable solutions that generate measurable environmental and industrial value.
NOVAX believes that when science is integrated with industry and technology responds to environmental needs, every innovation in materials and processes has the potential to become a meaningful step toward advancing the circular economy.
